Group Home Manager

Marrakech is seeking a skilled Group Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential group home for individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care coordination, staff supervision, and program development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and maintain accurate records
• Provide on-call support and supervise direct-care staff
• Develop and implement individualized teaching strategies and programs
• Coordinate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Participate in the hiring process and provide ongoing supervision and training to staff
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including one year of supervisory experience
• Valid CT Driver's license and required certifications
