DDN Consulting Services is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Care Manager. As a Nurse Care Manager, you will work with a caring team of Nurses dedicated to making a difference in people's lives.
Responsibilities:
Develop plans to advocate for health care needs, provide oversight, training, and documentation, and supervise the initial worksite for medication administration by staff. This role involves traveling to select group homes in the region, working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, and imparting vital information to the dedicated staff at these group homes.
