Job Overview

The Jordan Hunt Agency is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in our Insurance Sales - Work from Home position. This individual will actively engage prospective customers to sell our product and/or services, focusing on Life Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present propositions to prospective customers, highlighting the functionality and value of our products.
  • Maintain close relationships with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention.
  • Meet and exceed targets for new customer acquisition, both individually and as part of a team.
  • Track progress and results, recording and documenting prospect interactions and goal attainment.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and The Hunt Agency's market opportunity.

Requirements:

  • Some sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be willing to obtain a state license if selected for the position.
  • Excellent relationship management and goal-achieving skills.
  • Advanced communication, selling, and negotiating abilities.
  • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work remotely and pursue personal growth through virtual training and self-improvement.
