Position Summary:
Are you driven by a passion for cleanliness and meticulous attention to detail? Do you possess a keen eye for identifying imperfections? We are in search of a Guest Room Quality Supervisor to guarantee that our accommodations uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. In this role, you will collaborate with the housekeeping team, guide them on cleaning protocols, and conduct inspections of guest rooms to ensure they align with our stringent standards. Additionally, you will liaise closely with the maintenance department to confirm that rooms are well-maintained and that any necessary repairs are addressed promptly. If you have a positive demeanor, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of prior experience in housekeeping is required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as necessary.
