Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Medical Technology Associates LLC. As a Controlled Environment Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating revenue for our Controlled Environment division by developing and maintaining relationships with customers within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed profit goals for your assigned territory.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers, including pharmacies, labs, and healthcare administrators, to identify and provide solutions to fit their needs.
  • Provide high-level technical information and explanations regarding MTA capabilities and offerings.
  • Maintain and improve quality results by following sales best practices and using CRM tools.
  • Document contact history and notes within CRM.
  • Achieve department and organization goals set forth by the National Director.
  • Explore opportunities to drive efficiencies within the Sales role and communication process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Established sales background in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Consistent follow-through in meeting deadlines.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
  • Ability to travel, work flexible hours, and adjust the schedule as required to meet customer needs.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, hold equipment, and drive for extended periods of time.
Working Conditions
  • This is a full-time position with typical hours of Monday-Friday, but may vary based on customer needs.
  • This job may include occasional nights and weekends.
