Key Responsibilities
The Systems Engineer will be tasked with the configuration, administration, support, and maintenance of systems and their associated hardware. You will collaborate with a large team of developers, software engineers, and data engineers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Constructing, testing, maintaining, and monitoring systems.
  • Decomposing requirements effectively.
  • Ensuring designs align with the architecture and allocated requirements.
  • Addressing user requirements, procedures, and challenges to automate and enhance existing systems while reviewing computer system capabilities, workflows, and scheduling limitations.
  • Conducting functional analysis, timeline analysis, cost estimation, requirements allocation, and interfaced definition studies to translate customer needs into hardware and software specifications.
  • Identifying system integrity issues and proposing solutions throughout the full system lifecycle from concept to disposal.
  • Integrating systems and services while summarizing and communicating results.
  • Supporting the development, documentation, and execution of system policies.

Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • An active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • A Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience. Experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Experience with Cloud technologies, specifically Amazon Web Services.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodology, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow (ESP).
  • Experience with Terraform and/or Cloud Formation.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices.
  • Experience with CLSE.
  • Linux Administration experience.
  • Familiarity with the security accreditation process, including experience with security tools and processes such as RMF, NIST, and accreditation applications.
  • Excellent customer support skills and attention to detail, providing Tier 3 and Tier 4 level support.
  • Release Management experience for deployment readiness, coordination, and activities (may require occasional late-night activities).

Desired Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience with IdAM / ICAM delivery systems, Authentication, Authorization, and Attributes.
  • Knowledge of Entitlement Management and Digital Policy Management.
  • LDAP experience is advantageous.
  • Security + or CISSP certification.
  • Amazon Web Services certification.
  • Experience with BPM/BAW.

Compensation Information
The pay range for this position is $122,000 to $220,900. This range serves as a general guideline and is not a guarantee of compensation. Factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
