Market Management Associate

Total Wine & More is seeking a highly skilled Market Management Associate to join our Merchandising team in our Bethesda, MD office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage wine, beer, and spirits buying and replenishment for stores in the Total Wine & More chain.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with wine and spirit wholesalers in assigned markets.
  • Collect and maintain wholesalers' cost data, create replenishment orders, and place purchase orders.
  • Analyze costs and deals to optimize inventory levels and drive sales.
  • Resolve vendor service issues and coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage store inventory levels, reconcile invoices, and prepare content for recurring meetings with wholesaler partners.
  • Identify opportunities to drive sales through promotional activities, in-store displays, and advertising.
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in buying or supply chain.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic accounting skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel.
