Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective educational programs aligned with state and federal guidelines.
  • Provide instructional leadership and support to teachers and staff.
  • Supervise and evaluate the work of instructional and support personnel.
  • Establish and maintain a positive school culture and climate.
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  • Participate in division-wide, regional, and state committees as necessary.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess a postgraduate professional license with endorsements in administration and supervision preK-12. They will also have a strong knowledge of current curriculum and instructional practices, as well as the ability to plan, organize, and coordinate comprehensive secondary school instructional programs.

Working Conditions:

This is a light work position requiring the exertion of up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. The worker is not subject to adverse environmental conditions.
