RF Systems Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled RF Systems Engineer to join our team at Actalent. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing RF systems for various applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce proposal responses for Earth station antenna systems
  • Generate cascade performance prediction analyses
  • Generate engineering documentation, including Bill of Materials (BOMs), schematics, RF system block diagrams, test procedures, technical memos, test reports, power consumption analyses, rack layouts, and cabling diagrams
  • Develop technical writing skills to explain product concepts and implementation
  • Presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • RF analysis and trouble-shooting skills, including RFI mitigation
  • Theoretical analysis of key antenna performance contributors
  • Theoretical analysis of digital modulations, including BPSK, QPSK, OQPSK, and coding techniques
  • End-to-end antenna system testing
  • WGS Certification Experience with Military Standard C and ARSTRAT Phase 1 and 2 testing

  • Ability to clearly report information relevant to sound systems engineering design and implementation
