Job Title: Senior RF Engineer

ADEX is seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing RF solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement RF solutions for in-building deployments, including LTE and NR networks
  • Utilize iBwave to create 3D models, place products, and optimize cabling and labeling
  • Experience with Ericsson RAN products and design with Passive DAS and RDS systems
  • Lead delivery for multiple customer accounts, regions, and markets
  • Consult with customers to understand their requirements and manage expectations
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in RF engineering, with 3 years of experience in in-building deployments
  • Expertise in iBwave and Ericsson RAN products
  • BSEE/BSCS or applicable experience, with MSEE/MSCS preferred
  • Advanced technical knowledge in radio network design and implementation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Leadership experience in RF engineering teams
  • Experience with 5G NR, Massive MIMO, mmWave, LAA, and other advanced technologies
  • Understanding of layer 3 messages for 4G and 5G
  • Ability to perform event analysis and address accessibility, retainability, and HO success rate issues
