- Train and convey brand clarity through menu, wine, and beverage knowledge.

- Maintain state, federal, and business compliance, including responsible alcohol service guidelines, safety and sanitation standards, and client requirements.
- Engage in financial goals of the operation with support from the General Manager.
- Employ good safety and sanitation practices.
- Follow and enforce responsible alcohol service policies.
- Execute required daily reporting in a timely manner.
- Execute inventory controls.
- Ensure team members adhere to Levy guidelines as stated in the team member training manual and employee handbook.
- Execute all menu requirements and fulfill all guest-specific service requests.
- Ensure all function setups and breakdowns are executed correctly, efficiently, and expeditiously.
- Hold team accountable to steps of service to deliver great guest service.
- Ensure team members have the tools necessary to complete their jobs.
- Use all performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team members.
- Promote a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale.
- Conduct regularly scheduled meetings to ensure lines of communication are open between management and team members.
- Interview, hire, train, and develop team members according to Levy guidelines.
- Display a positive attitude towards team members.
- 5+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
