Job Summary

Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Summary: As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and our team members uphold the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain positive guest relationships through regular feedback and execution of show-quality standards.
  • Train and convey brand clarity through menu, wine, and beverage knowledge.
  • Promote a positive work environment through hiring and selection of team members, maximizing productivity and morale, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
  • Maintain state, federal, and business compliance, including responsible alcohol service guidelines, safety and sanitation standards, and client requirements.
  • Engage in financial goals of the operation with support from the General Manager.
  • Employ good safety and sanitation practices.
  • Follow and enforce responsible alcohol service policies.
  • Execute required daily reporting in a timely manner.
  • Execute inventory controls.
  • Ensure team members adhere to Levy guidelines as stated in the team member training manual and employee handbook.
  • Execute all menu requirements and fulfill all guest-specific service requests.
  • Ensure all function setups and breakdowns are executed correctly, efficiently, and expeditiously.
  • Hold team accountable to steps of service to deliver great guest service.
  • Ensure team members have the tools necessary to complete their jobs.
  • Use all performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team members.
  • Promote a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled meetings to ensure lines of communication are open between management and team members.
  • Interview, hire, train, and develop team members according to Levy guidelines.
  • Display a positive attitude towards team members.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
