Position Overview:

We are in search of a meticulous and dedicated Quality Laboratory Technician to play a vital role in our quality assurance team within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring our products consistently meet stringent quality benchmarks prior to distribution. This role requires a proactive individual willing to engage in various quality assurance and control activities, including HACCP, sanitation, and documentation management. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine and specialized analyses of raw materials, in-process materials, environmental samples, finished products, and stability samples.
  • Analyze test results, align them with established specifications and control limits, and provide recommendations regarding data suitability for product release.
  • Perform thorough visual inspections of finished goods.
  • Engage in internal audits, addressing audit findings and generating reports.
  • Establish and oversee effective quality management systems (QMS).
  • Implement and uphold the company's HACCP protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international regulatory standards throughout manufacturing processes.
  • Coordinate sanitation activities within the manufacturing process to meet quality control and local health safety regulations.
  • Manage document control by maintaining accurate records and archives, ensuring quality and integrity.
  • Provide training to team members on quality control and safety protocols.
  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the quality control department.


Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity within the manufacturing sector.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a scientific field such as Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience in quality assurance, quality control, HACCP, sanitation, and documentation management is required.
  • Strong understanding of good manufacturing practices (GMP) and other quality systems.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Certification in Quality Control is advantageous.
