About the Role:
In the position of Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for evaluating product capabilities, articulating customer expectations, training personnel in Statistical Process Control (SPC), coordinating studies on process capabilities, and ensuring that only top-quality products reach our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate customer feedback and implement corrective measures, oversee and enhance Quality Assurance initiatives (such as Design of Experiments, process control plans, etc.), develop SPC programs for new products, and participate in product inspections to verify compliance with specifications.

What You Need:
A four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required. Prior quality assurance experience in a manufacturing setting with significant exposure to SPC, Process Control, and Process Capability Studies is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in computer applications (word processing, spreadsheets, databases), and excellent organizational abilities are necessary. Experience in an ISO-certified organization is advantageous. A collaborative team player is preferred.
