About the Role:

As a Submarine Warfare Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to advancing the capabilities of Navy sonar and combat systems. You will work closely with engineers, subject matter analysts, and software developers to assess system performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop new solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting operational and analytical problem-solving tasks, collaborating with internal and external partners, and participating in advanced development planning and testing. To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of submarine warfare principles and experience working with complex systems.

You will also have the opportunity to share your analysis and methodology across multiple peer working groups and organizations, contributing to the growth and development of our team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in submarine sonar system operational employment and training
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
  • Strong understanding of submarine warfare principles
  • Active Top Secret level clearance
