Position Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Inside Sales Associate for our Rochester branch. This role is vital to our operations, as our dedicated team consistently delivers outstanding customer service to both commercial and residential customers.

  • Communication: Maintain regular contact with customers and suppliers, providing exceptional service and promptly addressing inquiries.
  • Backorder Oversight: Actively track backorders and communicate status updates to customers, working to mitigate any disruptions.
  • Order Processing: Manage order entry efficiently and follow up on non-compliant orders, leveraging Elite Extra software for tracking and logistical support.
  • Post-Sale Support: Deliver comprehensive post-sale assistance, including warranty claim management, to ensure customer satisfaction beyond the sale.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in the electrical industry, sharing insights with customers to build trust.
  • Warehouse Assistance: Support counter service as needed and maintain organization within assigned warehouse areas.
