Physical Demands:
- Ability to remain seated and upright for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM; Thursday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, as required.

Position Overview:
- Skilled in patient registration processes and proficient in using EPIC software. Utilize electronic systems to verify patient insurance coverage. Identify and address discrepancies in data management systems. Ensure the precision of patient registrations and facilitate the coordination of benefits. Collect patient copayments and fees for services not covered by insurance. Greet and acknowledge patients respectfully, answering calls in accordance with established protocols. Actively seek opportunities to enhance the patient experience. Schedule and reschedule patient appointments accurately following scheduling guidelines. Arrange ancillary and diagnostic tests. Ensure prompt and appropriate follow-up with patients or referring physicians regarding all appointment requests. Capable of modifying and blocking provider schedules within EPIC.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:
- This role does not include supervisory responsibilities.

- Relevant education and experience are preferred.
