Job Summary

Macatawa Bank is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative I to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and promoting bank products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting bank products and services.
  • Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, in accordance with bank procedures.
  • Meet or exceed referral goals, have an excellent balancing record, and accomplish all CSR job duties in an exceptional manner.
  • Follow all policies and procedures to help the branch pass all audits.
  • Continue to stay current on computer system updates and attend training sessions to further learn how to be successful in the CSR I Role.
