Job Title: Social Media and Content Manager

RxBenefits is seeking a highly skilled Social Media and Content Manager to join our corporate and marketing communications team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust social media calendar that supports our company's corporate and marketing communications goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a deep understanding of RxBenefits' products, services, and industry positions to identify opportunities to position the company as a market leader.
  • Establish and maintain a brand and corporate social media program that supports and enhances RxBenefits' brand identity.
  • Use creative storytelling to craft engaging content with a primary focus on social media.
  • Build, own, and maintain RxBenefits' social media brand through a comprehensive plan to grow our online presence and outpace competitors.
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues and internal SMEs to build and execute a balanced social calendar for both promotional and consultative content.
  • Work closely with the rest of the corporate communications and content team to support the broader editorial calendar.
  • Curate and refresh existing content for social media.
  • Increase employee/HR/DEI content.
  • Support executive social media content and calendar, ensuring cross-posting and engagement between executives and brand channels.
  • Engage with key organizations and publications' social handles, focusing on LinkedIn.
  • Monitor company social media platforms and Google for comments and respond/escalate for resolution as appropriate.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring campaign momentum while tackling larger initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in journalism, communications, or related field.
  • Pharmacy/PBM experience preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience developing content across platforms with a focus on social media.
  • Deep understanding of major social media platforms, with the ability to tailor approaches for platform-specific results.
  • Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Ability to write high-performing content across social media channels, formats, and audiences.
  • Ability to transition between marketing and corporate communications-focused content needs.
  • Strong knowledge of AP style and ability to quickly get up-to-speed with brand style.
  • Comfortable using multimedia.
Software Proficiency:
  • Direct experience using social media management tools (such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Basic knowledge of CMS platforms, such as WordPress.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, digital advertising channels, and SEO.
  • Understanding of how to use SEO research tools.
  • Familiarity with virtual meeting and webinar hosting platforms such as Teams, GoToMeeting, Zoom, GoToWebinar, and ON24.
  • Ability to post content to SlideShare, YouTube, and other social channels.
  • Understanding of how to use AI tools to help content development.
