Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, is seeking a skilled Technical Sales Representative to join its industry-leading sales team. As a trusted partner, you will be responsible for revenue and profit growth of programs and services in targeted accounts.

Using a consultative sales approach, you will build relationships with existing customers by executing system assurance programs that meet their key business needs. With strong account leadership, you will also convert strategic competitive accounts and sell new technologies to current customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and in assigned competitively held accounts
  • Target 25% sales time
  • Work closely with customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and prospective customers
  • Provide technical support to customers and engage in problem-solving

Territory/Location Information:

This position is based in Midland, MI, with a territory covering a 75-mile radius. Targeted accounts are within the Chemical industries, with approximately 15% overnight travel required.
