Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Ticket Sales Associate to join our team at the Great Lakes Loons. As a key member of our ticket sales team, you will be responsible for selling and assisting our fans while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell a full menu of ticket products, including season tickets, group events, and hospitality packages.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospective clients to drive repeat business and meet service excellence expectations.
  • Manage and renew an account base of current customers.
  • Actively create opportunities for new business through up-selling and referrals.
  • Handle inbound customer service calls with accuracy and excellent service.
  • Conduct ballpark tours to generate new business revenue.
  • Meet or exceed all ticket sales goals.
  • Assist with game-day staffing needs and work outside events as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Ability to excel in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, directed, and change-oriented.
  • Ability to work flexible and demanding hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Prior sales experience preferred.

Compensation:

  • 35 hours per week at a base rate of $12.50 per hour.
  • 125 planned hours of overtime at 1.5 times base rate.
  • Biweekly activity incentive of $100 for achieving 400+ calls biweekly.
  • Commission structure for season packages, group events, and hospitality packages.
