Top Requirements:

- Ability to listen, formulate needs-based sales strategies, and articulate pitches to sell products and services.
- Ability to travel and open to overnight stays: travel around the 2–3-hour radius, weekly and some days overnight

Daily Responsibilities:
Insight Global is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a direct placement opportunity in the Midland, TX (Permian Basin) area. In this role, primary responsibilities of this representative will include cold calling and meeting with prospective clients within the oil and gas industry, improving business partnerships, preparing sales information and gathering quotes for customers. Knowledge of key players and companies within the oil and gas industry are crucial for the role to help grow and form strategic partnerships and identifying new business. The client is looking for someone who has excellent communication and organizational skills to be able to foster new business with potential clients as well as present to both clients as well as stakeholders. This role will require travel and the occasional overnight stay (travel is expensed through the company).
***Compensation: 75k to 120k
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
