Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced TownHall General Manager to lead our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large teams, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and coaching to a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Direct and oversee the operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with brand standards and quality expectations.
  • Analyze business trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, and process improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize profit margins, focusing on controllable expenses, labor, and cost of goods.
  • Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to build a successful brand and foster guest loyalty.
  • Supervise hourly team members, providing effective coaching and development opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and members of the community.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment, maintaining quality and safety standards under pressure.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant and/or bar operations management, with at least 2 years of related experience managing large teams.
  • Previous General Manager experience in restaurants.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with a proven track record of driving business results.
  • Prior financial management experience, with a preference for direct budget and/or forecast oversight.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated initiative, motivation, and team-building skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant and bar business operations, including financial management, marketing, and human resources.
  • Superior organization, communication, and guest service abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • ServSafe/TIPS Certification, preferred but may be obtained during training.
  • Experience in high-volume restaurant/bar establishments with revenues over $6MM+.
