Key Responsibilities- Program Supervision: Oversee all daily program operations to ensure high-quality services and exceptional customer experiences.
- Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of fitness professionals, including group exercise instructors, trainers, and support staff.
- Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, and class participants to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the fitness center, including floor supervision, technology platform management, membership administration, and financial administration.
- Program Development: Design and implement new programs and services to meet the evolving needs of our clients and members.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with our marketing team to promote our services and programs to attract new clients and members.
- Certifications: Current CPR/AED certification and personal training certification required.
- Experience: Proven experience in fitness management, program development, and staff supervision.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred.
