Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care and services in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and support personnel to plan and implement resident care plans.
  • Administer medications and review medication cards for accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain rapport with residents, family members, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Washington.
  • Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, laws, and regulations.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems.
