Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $48.50.

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop effective care plans

Qualifications:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of NH
