Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Crestwood Center in Milford, NH. As a RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $48.50.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop effective care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise their implementation
- Communicate patient information with the healthcare team and families

Qualifications:- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of NH
