Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Crestwood Center in Milford, NH. As a RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $48.50.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop effective care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise their implementation
- Communicate patient information with the healthcare team and families
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing and current licensure by the State Board of Nursing
- CPR certification required
- One to three years of experience as a RN in a related setting preferred
