We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Crestwood Center in Milford, NH. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks are implemented effectively.
  • Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
  • CPR Certification is required
  • One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred

Pay Target: $48.50 / hour
