Position Overview

Topping Family and Cosmetic Dentistry is seeking a dedicated Reception Coordinator to enhance our vibrant team at our Elkhart area practice. The following responsibilities are essential to this role:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Maintain a high standard of client interaction, showcasing excellent communication, computer, and telephone skills.
  • Insurance Management: Process dental insurance claims, which includes posting payments, verifying benefits, and liaising with insurance representatives for follow-ups.
  • Appointment Management: Handle incoming calls and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
  • Patient Interaction: Welcome, check-in, register, and schedule appointments for new patients, ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Payment Processing: Collect payments, co-payments, and deductibles as required.
  • Front Desk Support: Assist with all front desk operations, including end-of-day and beginning-of-day tasks.
  • Compliance: Uphold strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Team Collaboration: Be an active team player, contributing positively to the workplace environment.
  • Preferred Experience: Previous experience in a dental office setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
