Job Summary

The Clinical Applications Specialist for Care Base plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful deployment, operation, and enhancement of advanced virtual technologies at CommonSpirit Health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions for clinical staff to ensure proficiency in advanced virtual technologies and adherence to best practices.
  • Provide expert-level technical support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to virtual monitoring systems.
  • Analyze clinical processes and recommend technology-driven improvements to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to integrate monitoring solutions into existing workflows effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze data from various systems to identify trends, opportunities for improving patient outcomes, and areas for system enhancement.
  • Generate and present performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting system effectiveness and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to product development by providing clinical feedback and insights to enhance system functionality.
  • Coordinate with vendors, IT teams, and other stakeholders to support system deployment and integration.
  • Provide ongoing quality assurance, mentoring, and education to staff regarding technology solutions to ensure sustained effectiveness and proficiency.

Qualifications
  • Two years experience in hospital or virtual care operations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare related field or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Operations Research or other related field.
  • Superior project management skills with an emphasis on interpersonal communication.
  • Ability to lead in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills required, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to operate within all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan and execute.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
