Qualifications- Minimum Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years' leadership experience in a professional office, hospitality, retail, banking, medical, or similar field.
- Experience: Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.
- Skills: Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Trustworthiness: Maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.
- Dental or Medical Experience: 1+ years of experience in a dental or medical setting.
- Insurance Billing and Accounts Receivable: 1+ years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable.
- Dentrix or Dental Software: Experience with Dentrix or other dental software.
