About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team at Grant Aviation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities across all Grant Aviation bases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, including installation, repair, and replacement of equipment and fixtures.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance procedures to ensure the smooth operation of facilities.
  • Respond to and manage work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
  • Proven track record of maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Ability to lift and/or move 100 lbs and stand for long periods.
  • Current Driver's License (preference given to applicants 25 years of age or older due to insurance requirements).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
