**Role Overview:** As a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor at WellSpace Health, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive counseling and treatment services to patients experiencing behavioral health crises. This role requires a deep understanding of evidence-based practices, including Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, and Client-Centered theory.

You'll work collaboratively with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans, addressing the unique needs of each client.
