Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager - Educational Development to join our team at the University of Maryland Medical Center Baltimore Washington. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing educational programs related to workplace violence for our team members.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in education, health administration, or a related field, and three years of administrative/program coordination and training experience. CPI certification is preferred.

The Program Manager - Educational Development will be responsible for assessing educational requirements for team members, designing and implementing programs to meet those requirements, and evaluating program effectiveness. They will also be responsible for managing the education budget and developing marketing strategies for educational programs.
