Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Delivery: Sell and deliver Herr's brand snack foods to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, building relationships with key decision makers, and inquiring about customer needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Communicate product knowledge and suggestive selling to customers, increasing sales volume and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Manage daily accuracy of product inventory, rotating and providing credit to accounts for stale or damaged items.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-trip vehicle safety inspection and maintain a clean truck.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Experience: Previous sales and delivery experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively.
  • Physical Demands: Constantly reaching, frequently sitting, standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, climbing, driving, and lifting up to 32 pounds.
