Key Responsibilities

Support for Sales Leadership

  • Develop and distribute Monthly Business Review (MBR) presentations to assist sales leadership.
  • Design and circulate surveys for the sales team to collect insights on products and future developments.
  • Maintain and update shared resources, including account routing and distributor tracking documents.

Management of Sample Distribution

  • Oversee the distribution of product samples to Global Sales Managers, including:
  • New Product Introduction (NPI) samples for US Sales Managers.
  • Seeding Kits.
  • Sales Manager Tool Kits.

Data Coordination

  • Work alongside the Finance team to share market insights with global Sales Managers.
  • Prepare market data slides for inclusion in sales presentations (this task is in the planning stage).

Collaboration with Channel Marketing

  • Coordinate with Channel Marketing to disseminate NPI presentations at critical times.
  • Assist in organizing logistics and scheduling for bi-annual sales meetings.

Effective Communication

  • Send weekly updates regarding NPI, summarizing key points and adhering to established email formats.
  • Participate in NPI meetings (Product & Supply) to remain updated and effectively relay information.

Contract Oversight

  • Collaborate with the Legal team to streamline the sales contract approval process.
  • Complete contract templates, refine documents with approved or denied modifications, and maintain a systematic filing system for contracts.

General Assistance

  • Provide overall support for the sales process and new initiatives.
  • Assist Sales Managers with administrative duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable support role within a sales context.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
