Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead our stores and drive success at Brake Check. As a dynamic leader, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum profitability and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, answer calls professionally, and perform follow-up service calls to ensure satisfaction.
  • Service Excellence: Build strong client relationships, address customer complaints promptly, and deliver exemplary service.
  • Team Leadership: Train, manage, and retain team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct weekly inventory audits and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure a safe environment for team members and customers by adhering to all safety policies and operational standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Basic knowledge of mathematical concepts and ability to apply them.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively in a retail environment.
  • Exceptional people skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters trust and comfort with customers and team members.
  • Physical Demands: frequent reaching, bending, stopping, kneeling and handling tools or merchandise, standing and walking on concrete surfaces

Additional Requirements:

  • Acceptable criminal history background check.
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen evaluation.
