Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform calibrations in a pharmaceutical industry environment, with a focus on biotechnology.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge in tolerance calculation and process tolerance evaluation.
  • Assess and improve calibration systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement calibration programs and ensure seamless process instrumentation.
  • Utilize expertise in calibration software, such as Blue Mountain (RAM), Calman, or Procal, to optimize calibration processes.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP guidelines and regulations.
  • Experience with temperature, technologies, pressure, humidity, flow, mass, pH, conductivity, and dimension and electrical measurements.

Working Environment:

  • Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts, wet and humid conditions, and odorous atmospheres.
  • Occasional work on ladders in high places, in small spaces, such as lift/metering stations, manholes, tanks, and wet wells.
