Job Description

Mentor Technical Group is seeking a highly skilled EHS Specialist to join our team. As a world leader in life science engineering and technical solutions, we provide comprehensive support and solutions for the FDA-regulated industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective EHS programs to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device safety and efficacy guidelines.
  • Manage contractor relationships, permits, and inspections to maintain a safe and quality working environment.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with operations, managers, and employees to establish and maintain effective relationships and promote a culture of safety and compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
  • 5-9 years of experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably in pharmaceuticals, with direct responsibility for Health, Safety, and Environmental.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and supervisory skills.
