**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Lead to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for coordinating store operations, supporting and training sales associates and general utility workers. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

Perform all sales associate and general utility worker duties, including greeting customers, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Hold pre-shift meetings to ensure that the team is aware of the day's tasks, visiting VIPs, Be the Difference & Safety of the day, and any other miscellaneous information to ensure successful operations. Train sales associates and general utility workers in their roles, helping to develop a team of customer service-focused professionals.

**Requirements**

We are looking for an individual with previous retail experience, mathematical skills, and the ability to operate equipment such as photocopiers, vacuum cleaners, calculators, printers, telephones, computers, and point-of-sale systems. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and fluency in English is essential. The ideal candidate will be able to work a rotational schedule with rotational days off, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary and Benefits**

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
