Lewis James Professional is a leading provider of staff augmentation, project consulting, and direct hire search and placement services. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Audit Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of internal audit activities, including audit workpapers, project files, and risk assessments.
  • Examine and report on the internal audit activity to ensure compliance with industry, regulatory, and corporate standards.
  • Develop reports on the effectiveness of the internal audit department.
  • Foster strong relationships with staff through individual contacts and group meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
  • 4+ years of related internal audit experience.
  • Strong understanding of internal audit practices and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and TeamMate +.
  • Professional certification (CIA or CPA) or ability to obtain within 24 months of hire.
