Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Equus Workforce Solutions. This role is responsible for ensuring that our programs and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Services, Care Management, or a related field, and at least three years of direct customer service experience in a clinical or social service environment. Experience in conducting quality assurance auditing activities is preferred.

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits to ensure that our programs and services are implemented at the highest standards. This will involve reviewing activities and administrative systems, developing quality improvement processes, and analyzing performance and compliance information.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with program management. They will also have experience working with publicly funded programs, including the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).

Qualifications:
