About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Project Administrator to join our dynamic team at HLC Contractors, Inc. As a key member of our commercial construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating project documentation, ensuring timely execution of subcontracts, and managing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project documentation, requirements, and deadlines with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Subcontract Management: Prepare and execute subcontracts, process invoices and payments, and review project submittals and shop drawings.
  • Insurance and Certificates: Track and update insurance certificates from subcontractors and clients.
  • Administrative Support: Process timesheets, mileage reports, and expense reports, file certificates, contracts, and invoices, and prepare payment applications.

Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed as a Project Administrator, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Experience: 3+ years of administrative experience in the construction industry.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with excellent technical, organizational, transactional, and verbal communication skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and Construction Management Software, with experience in Vista Viewpoint a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
HLC Contractors, Inc. offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, along with paid vacation and holidays, and medical insurance.
