Tact Staff is seeking a skilled traveling Mammography Imaging Specialist for an exciting opportunity. This role involves performing essential breast imaging procedures to assist healthcare professionals in diagnosing and treating patients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and specialized mammography procedures to generate high-quality images for medical evaluation.
- Work autonomously while applying sound clinical judgment and expertise to ensure patient safety and accurate results.
- Establish trust and rapport with patients and their families through thorough assessments and clear communication.
- Comply with all relevant regulations and standards to maintain patient privacy and safety during care delivery.
- May involve training and orienting new staff members within the department.
Qualifications:
- Current BLS certification (AHA)
- California Radiologic Technologist License
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mammography
Work Schedule:
This position typically requires a 5-day work week, consisting of 8-hour shifts, with some weekend rotations as necessary.
