About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Starbucks Barista to join our team at Target Brands, Inc. As a Starbucks Barista, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, crafting high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer
  • Craft high-quality beverages, including Starbucks' signature drinks, to meet the highest standards of taste and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Target's high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless execution of store operations
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales to provide informed recommendations to guests
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as food safety, customer service, and sales techniques
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, team members, and management
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 44 pounds, as well as stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
