  • Reporting and Compliance: Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met.
  • Communication: Regularly communicate with clients and employees to address any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: Four-year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of business management/operations/supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a team-oriented environment, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Experience: Previous payroll, billing, and scheduling experience.
