- Reporting and Compliance: Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met.
- Communication: Regularly communicate with clients and employees to address any issues or concerns.
- Education: Four-year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of business management/operations/supervisory experience.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a team-oriented environment, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Previous Experience: Previous payroll, billing, and scheduling experience.
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
- 401(k) or Supplemental Income Plan: Enrollment in our company's 401(k) or Supplemental Income Plan, subject to eligibility requirements.
