About the Role
As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will perform echocardiograms using specialized equipment. The specialist ensures accurate imaging and timely results. Collaborate with the team for efficient workflow and patient care.
Responsibilities
• Perform echocardiograms using specialized ultrasound equipment to assess cardiac function and structure.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explain the process, and ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations.
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, troubleshoot issues, and adhere to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and provide accurate diagnostic information.
• Document procedure details, maintain patient records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
• RDCS certification
• 2 years of recent experience as an Echo Tech
• Strong communication and adaptability skills
