- Mentor staff in understanding and advocating for the importance of utilizing relationship-based care initiatives in nursing practice.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve desired patient outcomes.
- 1 year of direct Operating Room experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse or an active multi-state Registered Nurse license.
- Certification in Basic Life Support.
