About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Alterra Mountain Company. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the daily operations of our Pass Platform, ensuring seamless functionality and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Finance, and Operations, to understand their needs and champion our destinations' use of the system.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and teams to ensure the system's configuration drives business objectives and supports the ski industry's operational needs.
  • Develop and maintain system and support documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for our team and customers.
  • Participate in and support the product release process, ensuring a smooth transition to new features and updates.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience supporting critical enterprise systems, with a strong understanding of technical support methodologies and business productivity tools.
  • Proven ability to query databases using T-SQL and experience with reading and updating JSON.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project scope, schedule, change, and quality management, with a preference for ski industry resort operations experience.
