Job Overview

As a Senior Collaboration Technology Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the management and enhancement of collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint, along with mobile device management systems. Your responsibilities will encompass systems administration, operational support, and providing Tier 3 problem resolution. This position is pivotal in establishing, communicating, and overseeing operational standards and procedures for collaboration technologies while ensuring optimal system performance and capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to conceptualize and support existing and future collaboration systems and components.

• Implement and maintain systems with a focus on user empowerment and security.

• Monitor system performance and capacity metrics.

• Manage software updates, maintenance, and support, along with related documentation.

• Facilitate basic user administration tasks.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of four years, ideally six or more years, of experience in collaboration operations and administration is preferred.

• Proficient knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation is essential.

• Experience in supporting or implementing Office 365 or cloud technologies is highly desirable.

• Strong documentation and presentation skills are required.

• Must be self-motivated, innovative, and a collaborative team player.

Technical Skills Required

• Advanced understanding of email and email security concepts.

• Ability to automate routine tasks effectively.

• Familiarity with Intune or mobile device management principles.

• Experience with Office 365 and managing Hybrid Exchange environments.

• Proficient in Active Directory management.

Compensation

$67-69/hr
